Oyster farming is on the rise in Maryland, according to the recent Lancaster Farming editorial on the January 2021 ‘Oyster Aquaculture Webinar’ of the Maryland Farm Bureau Winter Webinar Series, and yet many hurdles persist that make it difficult for producers to expand the potential for their aquaculture businesses.
